Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Pickens Arts & Cultural Alliance (PACA) collects through this website and how we use it. Last updated October 2026.

Information you give us

When you send a message, sign up to volunteer, submit an event or class, or join the newsletter, we collect the details you type into the form, such as your name, email, phone number and message. We use this only to respond to you, review your submission and run our programs.

Events and classes you submit

If you submit an event or class, the details you provide, except your email and phone number, may be published on our calendar once approved.

Payments

Registrations, memberships and donations are processed by Springly. Gallery store purchases are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Card details go directly to those providers and never touch our website.

If you subscribe, we send about one email a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
